Gecko provides time-saving, capacity-increasing software to higher education providers across the world. We transformed the brand so it changed from looking and speaking like a product-focused supplier to a powerful solution-creating, performance-enhancing partner.

'Expect More'

After extensive consultation across the business and with clients, we kept hearing the same thing: while Gecko’s products are brilliant, the outstanding value lies in the 'additional things' they always deliver, beyond the piece of software a customer initially purchases.

These extras could be seamless integration with existing software, outstanding customer support, insightful extensions of how the product is used or something else entirely. What also reinforced the idea of “Expect More” is the fact that the Gecko team loves to be presented with tough challenges to solve.

We used language to reframe Gecko’s external communications and to positively affect internal culture. We pared back the overt Gecko animal references, implemented a new modern and flexible ‘switch’ device, and built an overall look and feel much better suited to one of the fastest growing companies in Europe and an innovative multi-national tech firm.
